On-line Payments:
The City of Salem has contracted with the third party vendor GovPayNet to offer the option to process your Salem Water Works bill payment and your Summer Rec & Pool fees electronically via Debit/ Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) or electronic check.
A 2.95% non-refundable service fee* will be charged by GovPayNet to process your electronic payment. There is a $3.99 minimum fee for all transactions. A $2.95 service fee will be charged for eCheck Payments. This fee is not collected by or remitted to the City of Salem.
